| Breaking News |  | Monday, November 20th, 2028: League Nails McLennan for Drug Abuse
"Baseball will not tolerate the use of illegal drugs in our sport. I hope the players hear that message loud and clear."
That was the comment by the league commissioner as he spoke to BNN in a press conference after the announcement of another player's drug suspension.
Apparently Tim McLennan is hard of hearing -- the 22-year-old Brooklyn right fielder has been given a 10-game suspension for using a banned substance in violation of the league drug policy.

Emílio Martínez of the Staten Island Yankees was quite impressive as he blanked the Brooklyn Cyclones 8-0 at Cutters Ballpark. He crafted a 4-hit shutout and chalked up 4 strikeouts with no walks in the contest.
