Monday, July 24th, 2028: Renzi Sparkles in Shutout
In a standout performance today at Yankee Stadium, Yankees pitcher Brian Renzi blanked the Toronto Blue Jays 4-0. He limited them to 2 hits and posted 6 strikeouts and 1 walk to gain the win for New York (A).

Friday, July 21st, 2028: Anaheim Stops Hollar's Hit Streak
The Anaheim Angels got more than a 10-0 victory over New York (A) today at Yankee Stadium. They put an end to Allan Hollar's 20-game hitting spree by holding him without a hit in 4 at-bats. But it was no big deal to the Yankees right fielder.

Hollar seemed to feel more for his team than himself.

"I had some great looks at some pitches that I should have hit. I missed some that I shouldn't have swung at. All in all, I wasn't much help with the bat today."

This year Hollar is hitting .293 with 22 home runs.
Friday, July 21st, 2028: Angels Blank Yankees, Newell Wins
Anthony Newell went the distance at Edison International Field today. The Anaheim hurler yielded 4 hits, walked 1 and had 6 strikeouts in the Angels 10-0 triumph over the New York (A) Yankees.

This season Newell has gone 3-3 with an ERA of 4.15, posting 33 strikeouts in 65 innings.
