Section - 2 Owners

1. Owners must own Out of the Park Baseball. (Currently OOTP 9 is the newest version).

2. A reliable Internet Connection.

3. An Owner must accept the terms of the rules and is the sole person responsible for all transactions involving his team.

4. No Owner may own more than one team, nor may the Owner collude with any other Owner or group of Owners to unjustly enrich any team. Any Owner found guilty will be expelled from the league.

5. The league will let the commish assume control of any team not owned by a human GM. No human-controlled teams may trade with a commish-operated team during that time. All owners are expected to be active in the league and to vote on all league votes. Every owner is free to leave at any time, but it would be helpful if all departures could wait till after the World Series.

6. Voting is mandatory. In addition to important rule changes, owners must vote for All-Stars and post-season awards.

7. Any team that misses several exports without communication to the league office will be put on probation and any further transgressions will result in removal from the league.

8. Owners are expected to check the message boards regularly as most announcements, rule proposals, etc. will be made there.
